  • Provided the overall strategic direction of the department including the commercialisation of services and global off-shoring and outsourcing to deliver the transformation of service offering from an application silo approach to an end to end business process model, educating revenue staff on the process and the technology throughout the full project lifecycle

  • Resource Management of the global off-shoring program to centers in Hyderabad, Shanghai and Singapore, resulting in US$2m cost saving and 25% operating efficiency and on-going management of headcount and contract SLA’s to ensure compliance and optimisation
  • Outsourced various processes to an external vendor, including the management of the commercial contract
  • Revolutionised the service offering to include on-line “on demand” learning modules, which saved resources, time and improved the support model to drive user adoption
  • Provided financial analysis and performance metrics for the services provided to my client base with total cost transparency of IT spend within a c.US$5m budget
  • Winner of the UBS Leadership Award – Sole IT winner of all 3 categories (Clients, People and Infrastructure), from > 900 applicants
